Avantages
Have to say - have incredible people working here for the most part. It's probably because like a dysfunctional family, the "children" cling to one another since the "parents" are so messed up. They could experience the same successes from 20 years ago, but they are doomed.
Inconvénients
HIGH turnover - at least 4 people a month are either fired or quit and right behind them more are hired in. They prey on the desperate - because why else would anyone put themselves through this. The owner forgets that they support HIM and his cars, home, vacations, nannies, jewels, etc. It's not the other way around. His sales people bring in millions in profits and they live in rented apartments and drive basic automobiles. Hypercel is a big BULLY! They could have been a contender in the wireless market - but poor choices, constant unproductive changes has doomed their profits and reputation.
