      Very poor culture team and benefits

      Inconvénients

      Not only is the compensation and culture complete trash. Employees are just a joke to the culture team, just a snippet they held a Steptember challenge and said the “top teams” would get prizes. Only the top team got a prize and jokes on them they got only $100 gift card while weekly participants got Garmin watches. They really strung us on and made us walk hard.

      You get to train with some nice people Coworkers are nice

      Inconvénients

      Unrealistic KPIs - monitored to the minute Team leads not doing any work Micro-managing Can't take a break in between calls before the nagging starts Team leads can meet their KPIs because they're doing the easy part Acting like they care but don't All talk and no action
