      Practice of work may be at least one hour away from that agreed at interview. Expected to continuously work through unpaid lunch breaks. Expected to work late. Patient numbers through the department is more important than patient care. Career opportunities (e.g CT and MRI training) only allowed to those who are favoured by managers. Employees just become a number

      Unrealistic KPIs - monitored to the minute Team leads not doing any work Micro-managing Can't take a break in between calls before the nagging starts Team leads can meet their KPIs because they're doing the easy part Acting like they care but don't All talk and no action
