After my yearly review in August, I was told I would receive a pay increase. Fast forward to January and still haven’t received it. this company is a joke
You get to train with some nice people
Coworkers are nice
Inconvénients
Unrealistic KPIs - monitored to the minute
Team leads not doing any work
Micro-managing
Can't take a break in between calls before the nagging starts
Team leads can meet their KPIs because they're doing the easy part
Acting like they care but don't
All talk and no action
