      Location close to station, occasionally company paid lunch, learn how to deal with irrational people and ridiculous gossip

      Bad ,poor management , favoritism for closed employees from managers, judgemental without clarification on raised issue by one side story, lots of gossip , so much politics to play in small clinic, lots of hates and jealousy ,

      You get to train with some nice people Coworkers are nice

      Unrealistic KPIs - monitored to the minute Team leads not doing any work Micro-managing Can't take a break in between calls before the nagging starts Team leads can meet their KPIs because they're doing the easy part Acting like they care but don't All talk and no action
