      Good supportive team, and clinical staff. Makes a fun workplace.

      Inconvénients

      Poor management, cooperatisation of medical field. Failure to replace technical staff and positions when other staff leave. Poorly structured EBA and negotiations with low pay increases per annum.

      You get to train with some nice people Coworkers are nice

      Unrealistic KPIs - monitored to the minute Team leads not doing any work Micro-managing Can't take a break in between calls before the nagging starts Team leads can meet their KPIs because they're doing the easy part Acting like they care but don't All talk and no action
