      Avantages

      I like that fact that I can work in a healthcare field. Knowing that I can make a difference in someone's health every day is very rewarding.

      Inconvénients

      I really cannot think of anything bad to say about the company. IBA Molecular is positioning itself to become an industry leader, and I guess you could say that it is an underdog (in a way). I tend to root for the underdog because I like to see an individual or a team rise above other people's expectations.

      Good co-workers and colleauges. Sometimes interesting challenges.

      Limited mobility from position to position.

      Avantages

      Great technologies, Save life. Overall, European company normally does not treat the US employee as the same.

      Inconvénients

      Poor management, Shift can be changed with prior planning. Service Engineers must take a many difference hats. Identify your potential before apply this type of job after graduated. Seems that you don't learn anything after you took your advance operator. However if you know the full knowledge of the Proton B1 or B1+, then you are not using outside of IBA to enhance your career.
