      Avantages

      Good Benefits, time off and sick time. A lot of opportunity for advancement based on performance. Challenging job that affects those in need. Most weeks are 40 hour weeks, not over, but not under either.

      Inconvénients

      Job can allow burnout if you don't manage your time well.

      Avantages

      Great technologies, Save life. Overall, European company normally does not treat the US employee as the same.

      Inconvénients

      Poor management, Shift can be changed with prior planning. Service Engineers must take a many difference hats. Identify your potential before apply this type of job after graduated. Seems that you don't learn anything after you took your advance operator. However if you know the full knowledge of the Proton B1 or B1+, then you are not using outside of IBA to enhance your career.
