      Avantages

      Good for someone who just want to do enough. Work-life balance Pay is ok

      Inconvénients

      No career growth. Process is not well defined. Repetitive day to day work. QA department is lead by an incompetent individual. If you are a sheep, you will like it, if you are a passionate individual, look somewhere else

      Avantages

      You will learn how to navigate or be familiar with this program in a period of " three days training"

      Inconvénients

      3 days training is not enough time for what you need to learn towards IBS DAS Design.. question how much training you need to design, or how many training modules you need to purchased in order to continue adding more Certification levels.
