      reasonable compensation and benefits. ABG group company

      Inconvénients

      PSU like culture . Nothing really moves fast . Easy to get frustrated at the pace of work and completely risk averse senior management. HR and the company in general is more keen on collecting awards for exemplary work place etc. But any one inside knows these are far from true .

      One can not switch to other companies because of the tie up among the sector to avoid prevent switching of employees
