      Avantages

      Even though a non profit company for IT folks it is same as any other IT department with tight timelines. But Flexible about hours. I think it is a good company to work if you work other than IT. But i don't think the pay will be good for non IT department.

      Inconvénients

      Slow in getting promotions. In my opinion Top management CEO / CTO have no clue on what they are doing. I don't think they know what employees think about them and their action or they don't care. Really bad in communication with employees.

      Great place for an internship, internship program ran well and helps with career development
