      Avantages

      The pay was slightly above average.

      Inconvénients

      Management only care about shareholders needs. They made rounds of redundancies every few years without fail - and then post results boasting about their record profits. People did not need to lose their jobs last year - they could financially afford to have kept all the people they sacked.
