      Lavoro abbastanza vario, con autonomia, buon ambiente lavorativo.

      Poca meritocrazia. Anche chi fa poco ha le stesse progressioni economiche

      Avantages

      They welcomed me and were very friendly towards myself. Great economic treatment (the best I think in Italian public administration). The institute has a Bar and a Grocery where you can buy good food and beverage at a very cheap price.

      Inconvénients

      I do not see any cons. If in Italy we had had more possibilities to find career opportunities like this, then our problems would have been all definitely fixed.
