Avantages
Flexible and understanding with schedules, an open and welcoming corporate culture, and oftentimes the work can be fun as well. It can be a great job for waking up in the morning. Management generally tries to be helpful and accommodating.
Inconvénients
Recently had a wave of sudden layoffs, laying off workers right after the completion of a product. Had a insurance gap for a two-week period in which employees weren't covered. Direct deposit disappeared three weeks. Raises also don't seem to happen. The company is having a lot of growing pains and is definitely having money troubles. I wouldn't write it out entirely given it can be a great environment when they begin hiring, but be aware that benefits and perks may be slashed and wages will probably be low. Working for InTec can be fun, but you'll need to seriously consider what you own living costs are and decide if you can handle some of the uncertainty while they get rolling.
