      Avantages

      Most people at INTEC are intelligent and friendly. The reason I have stayed so long is simply that I trust the people I work with. INTEC is extremely good at providing time off and flexible work schedules.

      Inconvénients

      Worleyparsons is ruining INTECSEA by integrating a them into their sweatshop engineering model. INTECSEA is a specialist engineering company and needs to get back to its roots. At present the talent level is continually dropping and the corporate nonsense is increasing.

      INTECSEA is very good at subsea engineering consulting, with the highest pay in the industry.

      Avantages

      The engineering personnel are top of the line, leaders in their field. Their engineering is first class. Their pay is near the top of the pay bracket for similar companies.

      Inconvénients

      Struggle to keep enough projects coming in to keep their staff busy. Engineers are full time salaried. At times they have to let engineers go because they can't afford to pay them to sit around doing nothing.
