      Company leadership is outstanding. Seems to really care about their employees.

      Inconvénients

      Working remotely can sometimes lead to feeling isolated. Need more corporate events.

      Avantages

      Provides employees with several opportunities to engage in business outlook/ business opportunity. Very big on professional training and personal development. They have great healthcare benefits, vacation time, community service time and sick time...yes sick time. You hardly find companies who give sick time separate from PTO.

      Inconvénients

      I have not observed any negatives yet.

      Small company, friendly managers, a lot of off-site engagements.

      Inconvénients

      The company oversold its image, and lack of management effectiveness in government-facing meetings.
