Lay offs almost every year, VP and SVPs buddies and family never get cut. This has led to a toxic, unorganized company with no direction. Company is trying to correct course, but if the company keeps laying off hard working employees and sticks to its nepotism it has no hope. Most of the smart employees have already jumped ship.
