      Flexible working, friendly people, interesting work.

      Inconvénients

      Lack of strategic direction from management / some poor (and very slow) decision making. Not a great track record.

      Its one of the best companies I have worked in, they have the amazing team and great working environment and culture.

      Less chances for career progression and opportunities.
