      Avantages

      Goede teamcoaches en toffe collega's.

      Inconvénients

      Soms slecht georganiseerd. Veel klachten van klanten die terecht zijn over het bedrijf Luminus waar IPG voor werkt. Meer focus op sales dan een goede klantenservice. Na de interimperiode een zeer kleine kans op een vastcontract. Soms zeer stresserend en 9uren op een dag werken. Slecht betaald voor wat je allemaal moet doen en de hoeveelheid stress

      Avantages

      ok-ish pay, lots of paid holidays, some flexibility depending on your manager

      Inconvénients

      HR fights against the employees; 85% of employees would rather WFH full time (they gave us a survey) but despite this we were made to work a hybrid schedule when the other office had the choice to come in or WFH
