      Avantages

      The diversity of people around. The busy paced nights and hours that I currently work.

      Inconvénients

      The management and the lack of communication between employees and the management team. And the fact that a lot of promotions depend on favoritism or on race rather than experience.

      The hours are good and if you just do your work they leave you alone.

      Good 'ol boy system is ingrained in the upper management.
