      Avantages

      IT Naturally may be small at the moment but our employees are at the heart of everything we do and as we grow we are always looking for ways for our employees to grow with us. Good pay, benefits package, training are some of the reasons why IT Naturally are such a great place to work, but its the people I work with that makes it!!!

      - There are many benefits to take advantage off on top or your normal salary - The team are small, fun, and get on very well - Everyone in the team is given autonomy to work how they would like - There is a genuine care for the staff - The CEOs get involved, and make an effort with everyone, regardless of their role - There is an element of giving back, IT Naturally supports charity work - IT Naturally is an environmentally aware and caring organisation - Although the team is small, Progression is available to any who want it. - Self Development is encouraged and supported - Working at IT Naturally is fun!

      honestly, for myself, there are no cons for working at IT Naturally.
