Nice to work with VERY intelligent individuals dedicated to their work

Toxic, almost militant culture; very high turnover; zero training beyond requisite SOP review; below competitive payscale; they have zero clue how to employ Americans effectively; health benefits were AWFUL

The good is the people who are doing the imaging analysis and science. I love what they do in HD, the other indications has too much politics involved and not enough patient centric action.

The disconnect between the management team and the staff is so painfully obvious. It's a bit of pot luck as to who you get for a manager. Expect to work to the bone, expect to be regularly burned out because expectations keep changing. Expect to be told you're not working hard enough.
