      None that I can speak of

      Inconvénients

      Long hours, worried more about meeting sales quota's rather than providing quality products, same routine day in and day out. Very little, if any room for advancement. Employees are always negative and complain about their jobs and management.

      Avantages

      Great work/life balance, Work is consistent and relative to the position. If you are a self starter then this is a good position. You are left alone to learn and manage yourself with very little oversight from management. Its a freeing working place

      Inconvénients

      The pay, no upward movement, no raises.
