      The overall technology is interesting

      Inconvénients

      There have been 3 CEO over the last few years. Promotions are based on popularity and not skill. “Managers” lack the skills to properly manage their teams. Constant overload of work. Surprise negative performance reviews. CEO lacks knowledge on how to manage a company.

      The team is small and workload can sometimes be heavy.

      A talented group of employees that work together well. Wide variety of things to work on that keeps things fresh. Exciting industry that is growing. Flexible work schedule with good pay.

      Inconvénients

      Company is growing faster than the number of employees so everyone is responsible for a lot of different projects at once and sometimes feels like scrambling
