      Avantages

      If you get the job in Imagination Learning System then you will get a good opportunity to take alcohol, chicken, smoking with all the board of directors.

      Inconvénients

      They provide P1 or P2 or P3 or P4 Processor for development. They think all their employees are stupid, they don't know what they are doing with employees. If employee get a job somewhere else they don't pay the last 4 to 5 months' pending salaries. bcz they say it is just a contribution for this company. This is worst place in my life. I invite all of you plz come and spoil your career. They don't understand the employees' feeling. They are not machine. they are human being.

      Avantages

      Excellent management and mentoring. Opportunity to try out different stuffs and freedom to manage. Good suite to cater indian educational growth. Flexibility in work timings, only required is to ensure you able to deliver value to the organization. Small knit organization with great leadership. Good career growth in terms of learning and profile.

      Inconvénients

      Only one thing I want to advice management is to bring up some investors and break up or diversify business to app world. With educational apps for school fleet management, time tables will be a great hit. And lastly it would be great if you can time sense salary distribution as that is the only thing for which employee joins you.
