Great place to work but definitely has its faults - Avis employé Design/Sales Consultant In Charge

This is a good company. I couldn’t look at other reviews without leaving my own…so here you go.

There are no cons to this job.

I loved the people and the hours and sometimes the pay was good. It just depends if they like you and you work hard.

They track performance but they are not using any software. They are doing it manually seeing how much stuff you close out. But all work order are different and they don’t account for anything else but a number. Also it’s really hard to get promoted in this company!
