      systematized and easy to learn. Very fast-paced

      Inconvénients

      It is fast food so if you are not used to food service industry, get used to the smell of the food staying with you when you go home.

      Avantages

      Great pay. The events they host for associates are awesome. SOME managers and leaders are very welcoming and really CARE.

      Inconvénients

      Higher leadership shows favoritism. The bi yearly surveys are not anonymous. Racism and prejudice is on display from DMs and RMs and retaliation happens.
