      Avantages

      InGenius is a fantastic place to work. The team is incredibly collaborative and the company genuinely fulfills it's promise of doing amazing work with students! Haven't met a nicer group of people to work with.

      Inconvénients

      The company is large, which isn't a con, but sometimes departments are a bit siloed. But that's just the way it is -- the company has many initiatives to introduce employees to one another who may not otherwise interact.

      Avantages

      Flexible schedule for most part. Coworkers are all very nice and everyone there respects work- life boundaries. Supportive and collaborative coworkers as well.

      Inconvénients

      Hours can be difficult at times. Working with lots of people in Asia- that’s the job though.
