Avantages

Some of the best reasons to work at InMotion Software are we foster a mature workplace. We provide competitive salaries, flexible hours, a wide variety of projects and technologies to work on, central Round Rock location, and a family-friendly environment. We highly encourage everyone learn additional skills so you can be moved from one project to another. We've had interns grow to become well rounded software developers, iOS to Android and vice versa. Web Devs pick up up mobile and vice versa. If you are looking to expand your skill set this is a good place to do it. We are in the process of growing from 25+ employees to 100+ in the next 12 - 24 so this presents career growth opportunities too. We are about to relocate to the top floor of a brand new building so new, high-tech office space will soon be part of the attraction as well. If you are looking for an environment where you can show up, get work done and still have a family life, you should consider InMotion Software.

Inconvénients

Some of the downsides at working for InMotion Software are we currently operate out of a basement. But as mentioned in the Pros above, we will be moving around back-to-school timeframe so this will no longer be an issue. From my standpoint I can't really think of any downers about being here. They've been pretty accommodating so far.

Avantages

Good salary, remote, and challenging.

Inconvénients

80 hours a week, only paid 40. Fixed budget project, over worked to make client happy. Started out as a normal 40 hour first month, then 60 hour for two months, the months at 80 hour s week. I got really sick.

Avantages

They were very much timely and kind. All employees were very friendly. That said they were operating out of a "We Work" office and acted like it was a professional environment. It was really awkward to come in and try to work while it was so beyond obvious that these guys were operating the core system of the operation out of this location while you see them at their multi-million dollar mcmansion.

Inconvénients

I frequently found myself without any direction. When they said they needed people whom could take the ball and run with it, they really meant it. Boy they had absolutely no Product Manager to tell you what to do. There are lawsuits against them that they have had to pay out. They have claimed an employee wasnt legal and fired them only to have to pay it out. Makes you exceptionally uncomfortable to figure out what type of people they really are to your face vs. behind your back.
