      Good idea, lots of locations

      poor leadership, lacking direction, and actively pushing teams and individuals into direct conflict. broken promises to staff and customers. Culture is 'doesn;t matter how it's done as long as it gets done' (however nothing also gets done) Would not recommend unless significant changes

      I thought the SHEIN warehouse was the worst warehouse in all of Wrocław, but no. It’s the absolute worst warehouse I’ve ever worked at. They have zero respect for you as an employee; they hate you and don’t want to work with you, simply because you’re from another country—they look down on you. I advise no one to ever work there. You’re better off working at DPD or DHL—the people and the team there are really great.
