The leadership appears to be built on nepotism (the company is managed by a husband and wife duo), which often leads to blame games, misplaced accountability, and incompetent handling of client expectations — with the stress falling on developers. Poor Recognition & Compensation: Salaries are on the lower end of the market, and employee efforts typically go unnoticed or unappreciated.
