Will learn networking & protocols concepts, R&D work, will get opportunities to work on new projects. Your team will be very cooperative and helping along with manager too. Flexible timings. Horizontal movements of resources i.e. c developer if interested and wants to can move to python team etc.
Inconvénients
I'm still new in this industry and it is the only company i've worked in, so it's too early to compare it with others and to give cons.
