Dear Team Member, Thank you for your feedback. I would like to address your issue on hiring & firing decisions. All people related decisions are taken very seriously at Incedo. All hiring at Incedo, follows a 4 step interview process and a culture/ values fit assessment. The Business Unit and the HR Head both get involved in all hiring decisions. We do not ask people to leave except for performance reasons. This is something I can vouch for. I would urge you to re-check your source of information. I am surprised by your comment on the Bangalore management team, we have some great people on board in Bangalore and are growing the team rapidly. I myself am in the Bangalore center frequently and I wish you had taken this up with me on one of my visits before making the decision to leave.
