      Inconvénients

      There is no transparency about the work that’s being done or decisions coming down the pipeline. You have to be in the room when decisions are made to have your voice heard. A lot of really great ideas are shared and never even considered because there’s no way to get those recommendations to decision makers or those working on product enhancements. We have so much untapped potential that is just lost. Training and onboarding is a disaster. They continue to invest heavily in developing this and don’t seem to make significant improvements.

      We thank you for your detailed feedback. Our Orientation & Onboarding and Training programs are something we continue to grow and iterate on company-wide, as well as at the functional level. This is important feedback as we think about team-specific onboarding processes and will bring it to the correct leadership.

      Avantages

      Really strong ICs and front line managers. Excellent developer experience and support. Cool to learn Go. I learned a lot in my role.

      Inconvénients

      Chaotic leadership making poor choices with unnecessary reorgs and bad communication. The product is decent but honestly overhyped in the amount of benefit it provides. There’s a lot of drinking the koolaid about how it’s revolutionizing health care which stretches the imagination at most generous interpretation. On call was noisy and frequently woke people up in the middle of the night. Everything was always an emergency in terms of features. If you treat everything as an emergency it just causes people to leave as they burn out.
