Thank you for taking the time to share such a detailed and candid review. Feedback like this—especially from current and former team members—is important for us to reflect on and improve.
We’re glad to hear that your early learning experience and interactions with some managers have been positive. At the same time, the concerns you’ve raised around favoritism, transparency, recognition, leadership behavior, trust, and confidentiality are serious and cannot be overlooked.
We want to be clear—any form of bias, lack of transparency in appraisals, misattribution of work, or breach of professional conduct is not aligned with the culture we are committed to building. If these have been experienced, it points to gaps that we need to address more firmly and consistently.
In recent months, we have taken steps to strengthen our performance review processes, leadership accountability, cross-functional collaboration, and expectations around professional conduct. However, we recognize that meaningful change is reflected in employees’ day-to-day experiences and we are constantly striving to ensure consistency and trust across teams.
We would welcome the opportunity to better understand specific concerns and take appropriate action. Please feel free to reach out confidentially at chetan@infidigit.com.
We remain committed to fostering a workplace where merit, integrity, and contributions are valued, and where every employee feels respected and heard.
