      Inconvénients

      1. No work life balance if your shift stars at 9 am in morning then your working hour may extended upto 1 am to 2 am. 2. Management make false promises for appraisal but they don't want to give appraisal. Don't trust management team. 3. No job security.

      Currently employed. Does have basic benefits.

      Inconvénients

      Very poor leadership. No cost of living adjustment. All recourses and focus spent on client appearance.
