The Advertising practice has absolutely no idea how to keep up with industry standards. Infinitive swears they know of convergence but they honestly don’t know. Especially the CEO. My 3rd week on the job I was asked on 3 different occasions what I dislike the most about the company. Once by HR, the second time by the COO, and on a private occasion by the CEO. All because the CEO was watching me at a party and thought I wasn’t socializing enough? The CEO then tried to intimidate me by saying he knows things that I wouldn’t think he would know. And on my 3rd week their, I honestly felt guilty for even showing up to work. After that conversation I was expecting failure no matter what I did. The executives and Media Leads look at you as a disposable piece of trash. You work for them, remember that. Anyways, here’s what’s wrong, you guys! To any one thinking of joining this company I’m hoping you read this. Avoid this place, you hold more value.
