Avantages
- Some of the employees that haven't been laid off yet are great people that still hold the values the company used to uphold. - Depending on your manager, sometimes hours can be flexible.
Inconvénients
- Ownership/Upper Management is really shady and ask you to do things that are questionable at best, illegal at worst. They lie about things in order to try to collect money, and don't care if they put their employees in harm's way to do it. - Secretive but sloppy ... you find stuff out over time if you pay attention. - Ownership and HR don't do anything about when they say or do offensive things ... mainly because they do it themselves. - The entire structure of the company MAJORLY lacks communication and leads to a ton of wasted time and resources. -Pay is low compared to the same jobs in the area, and you WILL be asked to do much more than what is in your job description for no additional money. - Have been asked to do personal work for leadership on company time, including things that had to do with their religion - Speaking of religion, if you are not mormon, don't expect to be able to climb the ranks in the company. ALL leadership/upper management positions are held by mormons. - Their business model does not encourage people to stay with them long term. They actively want people to leave so they don't have to give raises and can continue to hire at lower wages (have literally heard a manager say this), even though this leads to things being a mess constantly. - Frivolous spending on things that don't matter (parties, swag, software and services they don't use, trips, etc. I've seen the receipts) while simultaneously laying off entire departments. - Ownership seems to be constantly on vacation, meanwhile they cut back on paid holidays for their employees. - They have zero loyalty to their employees. They have even cut loose 2 of their fellow owners, including the founder of the company, and those people were also their friends.
