Avantages
Occasional work from home opportunities.
Inconvénients
Toxic and unprofessional leadership: The boss frequently cusses at employees and shows a serious lack of respect. Employees are expected to wait outside the gate each morning until the boss arrives to unlock the office, and if he's running late, you’ll just have to wait. There are constant threats about salaries and bonuses, but when bonus time came, there was nothing. This creates a culture of fear and frustration. Substandard equipment: For a tech company, the equipment is severely lacking. Many computers are literally held together with tape. Shockingly, they have a full-time painter acting as a part-time computer repair person, resulting in constant technical issues. No SSNIT payments: The company does not pay into SSNIT (Social Security and National Insurance Trust), which is a legal requirement and essential for long-term employee security. Disrespect towards customers: Behind their backs, customers are regularly referred to as "idiots" and other degrading terms, showing zero respect or appreciation for their business. This is highly unprofessional and reflects poorly on the company’s ethics. Leadership bias: The boss, a member of the diaspora, looks down on native Ghanaians, adding to the uncomfortable and disrespectful work environment. Inadequate compensation: On top of the low salaries, there are no bonuses or incentives, even during the holiday season when the workload increases.
