      Great support staff, good salary, fair amount of autonomy within the company but with good back-up from management.

      Inconvénients

      Student numbers had been decreasing in recent years before I left the company.

      Avantages

      Sales are based on target, but when you hit target, good reward and return. Programme is not the easiest to sell, but it’s one of the most affordable. People in the company is great, and they are very nice people

      Inconvénients

      Stability, and high turn over.
