Avantages
Struggling to write a single pros but have to put in minimum twenty words. I would say the colleagues are ok, have a sense of responsibility to get the job done.
Inconvénients
- over working everyone. - expect to be contacted 24/7. on constant standby even if you go on leave or vacation everything is life and death situation that even after you come out of surgery you are expected to reply to messages. - morale VERY low, always saying "we need" "we" but there is no "we" you get sick and stress and be psychologically messed up it's YOUR problem. - expect to work on weekends and don't even mentioned about compensation, have to bring it up like a begger. why don't i just expectantly NOT come to work for a day? you going to give me a day's pay for FREE? then don't expect me to come in on my PERSONAL rest time during weekend and do free work. - all the effort you put in is NOT enough. nothing is enough. just sell your whole soul and 24/7 to the company that is expected. - also expect to have your benefits cut to half and you want keep your job? just keep quiet cause you can't do anything about that
