Very little concern for staff wellbeing.
Rampant bullying and a "face fits" culture.
Active discrimination against employees with disabilities; they will on paper appear to support and care for their disabled staff - this is false. When you challenge them, discrimination suddenly is hidden behind miscommunication. One occasion a senior male member of staff told me I had to consider my managers wellbeing before mentioning my deceased daughters name. Extremely offensive and rude. Never an apology. Senior Colleagues in Teams sharing laughing emojis when sharing professional audits. My favourite memory was when I was told off by management because they had forgotten to book my daughters first birth/death anniversary. I think that shows very much the type of people within the company, and is worrying to think they are assessing vulnerable people. Half the management are brutes, the other half are too busy following them around to care.
