Low wages, the higher management can't make actual decisions between them, ..got to have a meeting about having meetings, nothing really gets done, the company is heamorraging money ..£3000 on a coffee machine yes really!, but can't pay a decent wage, or give a pay rise,..no support from so called "HR dept" (always on holiday when a tough decision is announced so never around to listen to anyone's concerns!) ..
