      Avantages

      Great education support, internal education. Self-education is encouraged. They really care about people and their needs. You can easily change your position inside of the company. Paid conferences, business travels. Comfortable office with a yoga room and fitness room. Funn, young, active, and hospitable team. Stable payment

      Inconvénients

      Overwork is the thing sometimes. Some changes are so fast that you have to be flexible to work there.

      Avantages

      A good side hustle when you can get work. Agents are communicative and kind, they’re willing to work with you on freelance rates, and you have a lot of control over what you do there.

      Inconvénients

      Pay takes a long time to get to you. In some cases, a month or two. Work is not guaranteed, I’ve gone many months without being offered anything. Additionally, when you are, you still need to complete writing tests and be accepted by the client company before you can actually do the work.
