      Avantages

      This is a very good company, safe jobs, good pay, very good benefits, we can choose different insurance plans, we have an annual bonus based on performance, usually 3% of your gross salary, 3% RRSP company match. Everyone is very nice and professional.

      Inconvénients

      No one cares about career development, they will be happy if you can stay in the same position forever, that way they don't have to get anyone else trained to do your job. very big company, but if you want to develop in there, you have to do it on your own.

      Avantages

      Company overall vision is good. It aligned with my values which made it great to work for a organization like Innomar.

      Inconvénients

      The department was not very team friendly. There was no growth and low paid.
