      Promotions and recognition are largely political vs based on actual results, lots of turnover, not the most friendly workplace, super demanding periods with no extra compensation or recognition

      They give you a lot of responsibilities and you can always ask for more They are very flexible with the schedule

      Avantages

      Company overall vision is good. It aligned with my values which made it great to work for a organization like Innomar.

      Inconvénients

      The department was not very team friendly. There was no growth and low paid.
