Supportive environment, but limited domain in pharma - Avis employé Data Scientist Innoplexus

I join here as a fresher here, last week completed 3 years. My experience with Innoplexus is out standing. Everyone working together, co-operative, ready to help each other every time. The best thing here freedom to choose the technology of your intrest to work. You can develop your personality skill apart from work life like leadership, presentation skill, creative thinking.

More opportunities to work in an organization atmosphere.

- Nice people who make can make work life enjoyable due to everyone hating the company and laughing at its misguided owner

- the positive reviews here are simply false, conducted most likely by the ~10 college friends who run this company and will probably sham their way into selling the company for their own profit...to some misunderstood soul - owner has zero empathy or idea how to run a company outside of its HQ (not that he knows what he’s doing inside) - lies to new hires about products and actual closed clients - for potential customers and buyers, you’re advised to ask the tough questions and for validation from the people in Pune as it’s absolutely too good to be true, and simply not something any smart c-level pharma exec will attach their name too - college roommates from India that run a dog and pony show for investors and potential investors - people drop like flies here, rarely make it past a few months of employment, due to both firing/hiring - clueless leadership, sad that a company like this can lie its way to more funding from the same investor each time and apparently be valued highly in the industry - valued highly? Don’t bother, 0 equity for everyone else - some management get equity but they’ve been bought out/have given it up without fight just to be able to leave the company and go on with the rest of their lives
