      Avantages

      Flexible hours and ability to work on various assignments as requested. The salary is very comparable with many opportunities for advancement.

      Inconvénients

      Benefits are very limited as a contract employee. Bare minimum health insurance is offered, however it is quite cost prohibitive to have.
