      Avantages

      As a traveling industrial electrician, I have had the opportunity to work on diverse projects nationwide. The opportunity to travel while working has been an enriching experience, broadening my skills and allowing me to explore different parts of the country. The tour system is awesome and I get to be home and see my family every other weekend.

      Great benefits, fair pay, reasonable work/life balance, nice people, industry-leading products and talent, family-oriented management staff.

      I honestly can't think of one.

      Inconvénients

      All the reviews that talk about "Growing so fast", "people need to work", "work hard isn't for everyone", please read their title... Realistically, the company culture is not the best in my opinion. They also state that their standards are high but when pointed out claim that it isn't a problem and that its only you that is complaining. The benefits are also not stellar.
