      Flexible hours, Co-Workers support, competitive pay

      Inconvénients

      Current (2017) US office management runs the office as a Dictatorship. Lacks leadership. ALTHOUGH, that may be changing in 2018. Aside from this issue the people make it a great place.

      Great people/staff Interesting product Multitude of work processes Innovative company that is always growing and evolving

      A bit more staff would help to manage the workload Better training could be provided in some areas

      Avantages

      Comfortable and stable work environment, great co-workers and managers, interesting products, potential for learning and growth. A really great place to work - we all work together very well as one team, and we strive to be excellent in our individual roles so that we may help the company grow and succeed, which benefits all of us.

      Inconvénients

      A few previous employees that were very bitter and toxic to the environment here, but once they left, it was like a breath of fresh air.

It's fair to say in newer offices it can take time for people and ways of work to gel, so it's fantastic to learn that you appear happy and settled in your role with the current team.
